We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product following our return process. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
