Welcome to zkake. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our online store. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Processing time refers only to order preparation and does not include transit or delivery time.

Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered the shipping process.

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. zkake is not liable for delays, delivery failures, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed:

Delivery times may vary and may be extended by up to one additional week or more due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, or logistical constraints.

While we actively monitor shipments and work with logistics partners to support delivery, zkake does not guarantee delivery dates or transit timelines.

3. Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not always reflect real-time movement.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information. Lack of tracking updates does not indicate that an order is lost.

If tracking information is not received within 5 business days after shipment confirmation, customers may contact info@zkake.com for assistance.

4. Shipping Destinations

zkake ships internationally where service is available. However, delivery availability may vary by region due to local postal conditions or regulatory restrictions.

We do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes

APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Restricted or sanctioned destinations under applicable export laws

zkake reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders to destinations where delivery reliability cannot be reasonably supported.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU / DAP).

Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

zkake is not responsible for customs delays, holds, rejections, seizures, or additional costs arising from customs processing.

6. Delayed, Missing, or Marked-Delivered Shipments

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Such delays do not constitute a failure to deliver.

If a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
zkake is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not located by the customer, including cases involving theft, misplacement, or access by third parties.

Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to investigate delivery confirmation in such cases.

7. Damaged or Incomplete Orders

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to info@zkake.com within a reasonable timeframe and must include clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging.

Resolution options, if any, are determined at zkake’s sole discretion after review of the submitted evidence.

8. Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Separate tracking numbers may be issued, and partial delivery does not indicate a missing order.

9. Policy Updates

zkake reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
